PRODUCT PROFILE

Till date, two types of motors are generally used :

1. A.C. MOTORS
2. D.C. MOTORS

We are introducing for the first time A.C. VARIABLE SPEED MOTOR called TURBO which does the work of A.C. MOTORS as well as S.C.MOTORS and have the goodness of both types of motors and at the same time it eliminates the drawbacks of these motors. Further, the cost of these motor along with its starting mechanism (starting switchgear) is 80%, that of A.C.MOTOR with starting switchgear and 60% of that of D.C.MOTOR with starting switch gear. This concept can revolutionize the use of electricity generated and can also revolutionize the export of Indian machines in the world market.

We intend to design these motors up to 100 HP by the end of this financial year.
SALIENT FEATURES OF TURBO MOTORS

The starter used in TURBO model is soft start. The maximum starting current is not above full load current of motor. This eliminates the use of maximum demand meter.

* No starter whether star delta type, DOL or auto transformer is required up to 100 HP. Use of 1 MCB for safeguarding against short circuits and over loading suffices the requirement.

The entire unit is available in fit and forget position, eliminating the use of commutator, carbon brush, electrical components etc. ensuring greater reliability of our product.

Entire machine is TEFC designed therefore can be operated in any hazardouz condition. The Entire machine can be operated / overedauled / repaired by any winder having an I.T.I certificate or one who repairs A.C.Motors etc.

PRICE INFORMATION :
* Delivery Period up to 60 HP is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of firm and clear order.
*Above motors are subject to a warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
